Cancellation & Refund Policy

OptumFlex Solutions Pvt Ltd is committed to delivering high-quality IT services, SaaS platforms, and digital solutions. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request service cancellations or refunds.
1. Subscription & Service Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation of recurring services or subscriptions by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations after this period will apply to the subsequent billing cycle.
2. Onboarding & Setup Fees
One-time onboarding, configuration, or setup charges are non-refundable once the work has commenced or credentials have been shared with the client.
3. Custom Development or Integration
Projects involving custom modules, API integrations, or business-specific logic are governed by mutually agreed milestones. Any cancellation after milestone initiation may result in a partial refund based on unutilized effort, at the sole discretion of OptumFlex.
4. Training & Consulting Services
Fees for delivered training sessions, consultancy calls, or audits are non-refundable. Advance payments for undelivered sessions can be adjusted or refunded upon request.
5. Eligibility for Refund
A refund request is eligible only if:
- The service was not delivered as per the agreed terms.
- No customization or third-party license has been activated.
- A formal request is submitted within 7 days of payment.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 6 to 8 working days. And the Refund amount will be credited in 7 to 10 working days via the original method of payment. Refund requests must be sent to contact@optumflex.in with valid proof of purchase and reason for refund.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your case requires special attention or review, please escalate by writing to contact@optumflex.in. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
